Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Laexsolz. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including web development, software development, and digital marketing. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Services Overview

Laexsolz provides professional services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development
  • Software/application development
  • Digital marketing services
  • UI/UX design and consultation

All services will be delivered based on agreed project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

  1. Client Responsibilities

2.1 Content Provision

The client is responsible for providing all required content (text, images, videos, etc.) upfront in a properly structured format for each section of the project.

If content creation, structuring, or strategy is required from Laexsolz, it will be treated as a separate service and charged accordingly upon mutual agreement.

2.2 Asset Submission

All assets must be provided by the client before the project begins or at agreed milestones. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Logos
  • Documents
  • Brand guidelines

Assets must be optimised prior to submission. Laexsolz is not responsible for optimising or modifying client-provided assets unless explicitly agreed upon as a paid service.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided content and assets are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

  1. Scope of Work

All work will be carried out strictly based on the agreed scope. Any additional features, changes, or enhancements requested outside the initial agreement will be treated as scope changes and may incur additional costs and revised timelines.

  1. Revisions Policy

Each project includes two (2) complimentary revisions, provided that:

  • The feedback is reasonable and aligned with the original requirements
  • The changes do not alter the core scope of the project

Any additional revisions beyond the included limit or major changes will be billed separately.

  1. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on:

  • Timely delivery of content and assets from the client
  • Prompt feedback and approvals

Delays in client response or submissions may result in timeline extensions.

  1. Payments and Pricing

  • A 50% upfront deposit is required before the commencement of any work. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
  • The remaining balance will be paid based on agreed project milestones, as defined prior to the start of the project.
  • For each milestone, a preview or demonstration of the completed work will be provided for review. Final delivery, access, or transfer of files will only be provided once the respective milestone payment has been completed.
  • Laexsolz reserves the right to withhold deliverables or restrict access to any part of the project until all outstanding payments are cleared.
  • Failure to complete payments may result in project suspension or termination, depending on the situation.
  • The client shall be responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or additional charges associated with payments, unless otherwise agreed.
  • All payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Quality Assurance

Laexsolz is responsible for delivering a high-quality product based on the agreed requirements.

Our responsibility includes:

  • Proper development and functionality
  • Performance within reasonable standards
  • Alignment with approved designs and scope

We are not responsible for performance issues caused by:

  • Poorly optimised client-provided assets
  • Third-party tools or integrations
  • External hosting/server limitations

  1. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, APIs, marketing tools).

Laexsolz is not responsible for:

  • Downtime or failures of third-party services
  • Changes in pricing or policies of external providers

  1. Intellectual Property

  • The client will own the final deliverables upon full payment
  • Laexsolz reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed

  1. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the project and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the project under the following conditions:

  • Breach of agreement
  • Non-payment
  • Failure to provide required materials

In such cases, work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Laexsolz shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business, revenue, or data
  • Issues arising after project delivery due to external factors

  1. Amendments

Laexsolz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
